Yacht, Boat & Vacation Home Provisioning, Harbour Island Bahamas
Harbour Island is a hub for anyone that loves to explore crystal clear, blue waters, so it’s no surprise staying on a boat is a popular option for visitors to the Bahamas. Whether it’s a mega yacht, speed boat, catamaran or sailboat, making sure you have everything you want and need for your stay can be tricky with access only to small local shops for groceries, drinks and alcohol. Provisioning your yacht or boat in advance is a great way to ensure you or your guests are not disappointed and have all your preferences met. For alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, check out Morlyfe Wholesale & Retail Liquor Store or Pinders Liquor Store. You can contact them and order in advance for pickup. For food and grocery provisioning, Uncle Bob’s is happy to help if you give them a call.

Marinas in Harbour Island, Bahamas
Ramora Bay Resort & Marina: Enjoy the happy hour at their Sunsets Restaurant and Bar daily from 3-6pm, plus live music events, DJs and more, though events usually end early enough to enjoy a good night’s rest (around 10pm). The marina bathrooms are well kept, though the showers could use a facelift. There is a marina manager onsite that can help with any needs you may have including provisioning, golf cart rental, and more. Aundre’s Rentals is located on site, and convenient for renting a golf cart or chartering a boat for a day of fun on the water. There are 2 restaurants at Ramora Bay: Sunsets Bar & Grill for casual bites and Acquapazza for tasty Italian food.
Valentine’s Resort & Marina: Centrally located and tied to their own resort, Valentine’s offers two marina-side restaurants, sharing the same menu but offering 2 different ambiances: a sports bar / pub feel and a fancier restaurant. We’ve found Valentine’s to be a bit quieter than Ramora Bay, with less events and live music. Their bathrooms could use a facelift, and during busy times, some attention could be given to keeping it clean (the bathrooms are shared with the restaurants so can get quite busy). The marina manager, Marcus, is the friendliest person you’ll meet and will take great care of you during your stay and help with any needs you might have. They have an amazing coffeeshop directly across from the Marina called Cocoa’s Coffee House with amazing coffees, shakes, pastries and light food. Valentine’s also has its own dive shop and excursion business so you can easily plan a day of fun on the water!
Briland Club Marina: This brand new marina is still in construction, but has started taking some boat slip rentals. Since it’s not yet open, facilities are limited, but the plans look awesome, and include bars, restaurants, facilities for both yacht guests and crews, access to the pink sand beach, and so much more. You can visit their website to stay on top of updates as this new Marina and private club continues to be built.
